Three Has Decided To Offer Users A Deal On 4G

threeSo it looks as though Three are planning to sell their 4G services at the same price as the standard tariffs, which is actually surprised everybody in the marketplace.

The only operator to date there started charging for 4G services is EE. Their service went live last September and today is the only service provider that offers 4G services to the UK public.

They have come under a lot criticism recently with a lot of people saying that they’re charging too much for their 4G service yet offering very small data announces.

LTE, otherwise known as 4G, will be added to Three’s Ultrafast network later this year. Unlike some other UK mobile operators, it will be available across all existing and new price plans without customers needing to pay a premium fee to ‘upgrade’,” Three said in a statement.

Now, I don’t know what you think, but that looks like blatant criticism from Three in the direction of Everything Everywhere (EE), but we won’t really know how competitive other suppliers will be until they’ve rolled out their 4G service. In fact, the likes of Vodafone and BT are soon to follow later on in the year.

Let’s wait and see what their prices are in the summer. Your public finds that there will be quite competitive at first and then raise their prices as they gain market share. However, some people have called me sceptical in the past.

I set up Hot Deals Monster because I was frustrated with the lack of deals specifically targeted to Men. I wasn't interested in cheap nappies or 10p off my next box of cornflakes. I wanted real, interesting deals that would genuinely help and save money for the male consumer.
